Role: Career Consultant or CV Writer

Experience:

  • You’ve reviewed so many CVs and LinkedIn profiles that it feels if printed they’d reach the moon
  • You may have worked as an agency recruiter, or in internal talent acquisition, or you have recruited a large number of people
  • You’ve interviewed candidates and can illicit the detail. Probe deeper when dealing with a candidate speaking at high level
  • Previous CV writing would be helpful but finding the detail and knowing how to sell a CV is more important.
  • Linkedin optimisation would be a nice to have
  • Use of empathy

Some more about you:

  • It excites you to make a positive impact on our client’s job hunt success 
  • You’re a good listener. No Chatty Cathy over-talking our clients, but you can still direct a conversation
  • You naturally like getting into the detail. I’m not calling you OCD, but let’s say methodical is a great fit. Ok, fine then – OCD would work great too when the results are creating success for our clients
  • Results for our clients is what motivates us to go the extra mile, pay attention to detail and question all the time what can we do better.
