Meet Chris
- Before I bore you with how I got into recruitment and helping people win jobs 25 years ago, let me tell you one truth:
- People with less experience can win roles with a smartly articulated CV, online presence, and appropriate interview preparation – knowledge is power!
- The Job Hunt really is a life skill they should teach at school. But they don’t, so here I am!
- I’m on a mission to improve the job hunt experience of over 250,000 people.
- I’ve been involved in the recruitment process for thousands of people as HR, Hiring Manager and agency Recruitment Director
- I’m helping people across Asia-Pacific and Europe
More about Chris
In case you’re completely disinterested in winning a new job for more money and would rather just learn some random facts about me:
Who else thinks swimming is like meditation?! Swimming is my favourite sport and I had a wonderful experience giving community swim lessons when I first moved to Australia in 2010.
If I had to choose, I’d say I’m more of a cat person and I occasionally foster cats and kittens to help out a cat’s home. I don’t discriminate though and have recruited many dog people!
When my great great grandad moved from Italy to England our surname was anglicised and changed from Coppello to Coppeller. I think it meant cup, which suits me, as I’m a cup half full person. However, I speak more Spanish (badly) than Italian.
